Cody Kennon, Principal

Most accessibility consultants have never managed a job site. They quote the code book but don’t understand the chaos of construction.

Cody Kennon is different. Born into a family of residential builders, Cody grew up on job sites. He founded Anchor Accessibility Group to solve the disconnect between the “Perfect World” of ADA code and the “Real World” of construction.

The Three Pillars of Experience:

  1. The Superintendent: Before moving into consulting, Cody oversaw more than $100 million in major multi-family developments as a Site Superintendent. He speaks the language of General Contractors and understands the real-world pressures of tight deadlines and draw schedules.
  2. The Compliance Monitor: Cody spent 7 years with Financial Field Services, monitoring construction for the Georgia Department of Community Affairs (DCA). He understands the strict rigor of government funding and regulatory compliance.
  3. The Owner: As the Principal of Anchor, he combines these worlds to offer consulting that is authoritative, actionable, and focused on compliance.

Strategic Partnership: Anchor Accessibility Group is proud to maintain a referral partnership with Financial Field Services, continuing a legacy of excellence in construction monitoring.
